Communities

Reduce your risk, increase your confidence.

Your research findings are only as good as the quality of the sample. Unfortunately, online consumer panels attract bots and cheaters, which is why we’ve carefully built our own communities over the past ten years. We have unparalleled visibility into their constituencies, and use a rigorous screening process for new members to ensure their integrity. Because of our long-standing relationships with our members, they go above and beyond to respond thoughtfully, honestly, and thoroughly.

We can instantly help you reach very specific subsets of the diabetes population.

Started on a GLP-1 in the past year (United States, n=160)

Flash glucose monitor users with Type 1 (Germany, n=340)

Parents of kids with Type 1 on an insulin pump (Canada, n=100)

Patient Communities

With large, diverse communities of patients, parents, and caregivers in North America and Europe, we reach high quality sample that can’t be obtained anywhere else. In no time at all.

Do you want to survey hundreds of pump users about their ‘must-haves’ for their next pump? We can help with that. Or ask people on an SGLT-2 with an A1c over 8% about their real-world outcomes and preferences for future therapies? We can help with that too.

We are so grateful to everyone who participates in our research. Check out the profiles below to meet a few of our members.

Healthcare Provider Communities

Healthcare providers naturally play a huge role in treatment decisions and influence how successful patients are in managing their diabetes.
They’re involved at critical points in a patient’s journey, from diagnosis, to the decision for a person with Type 2 to start on insulin, to the prescription of a pump or CGM. HCPs can not only provide feedback based on their own experiences using products in their practice, but can also share what they hear from their patients.

But we all know that clinicians don’t always see eye-to-eye with their patients, so it’s essential to hear both sides of the story. It’s especially important to understand patient-provider interactions in this age of direct-to-consumer advertising and widespread patient access to information online.
Our healthcare provider communities can help you unpack the doctor-patient relationship and its effect on treatment decisions, gather feedback on products and services, and understand product awareness and brand reputation among prescribers.
