Our longitudinal database contains over a hundred data points on each respondent per quarter. In addition to tracking which medicines and devices people use, we also have ten years of satisfaction and NPS metrics, and we know when and why people switched therapies and how their health outcomes have changed over time. These data enable us to conduct in-depth retrospective analyses, put new results into context, and hit the ground running on new projects. No learning curve or time-consuming and expensive search for target segments required.
